Our Company Overview

Furthermore, Penta Star after so many years of existence in Dubai was able in building a solid business base and achieved good relations with quite several international and local enterprises present on the Gulf scene. Nevertheless because of its good name and reputation that was achieved in the supply markets such as in providing industrial and workshop materials as well as machinery and spare parts, including also products required by the gas and oilfield companies. In addition to that Penta Star has capacities in various business aspects particularly in providing pre-shipment inspections and logistical facilities, to ensure delivery of the orders in appropriate conditions.

Needless to mention our sister company Penta Star is prepared financially to carry out a series of orders simultaneously that may be awarded to Brent Libya from Libyan end-users with no difficulties.

Our Incorporation

BRENT LIBYA OIL SERVICES LTD was established in March 2018, under the laws of the State of Libya, holding Commercial License No. 4084459, and registered with the Commercial Registry under Registration No. 68416. The Company is also registered with the Libyan Chamber of Commerce under Membership No. 3362/6, as well as registered with the Tax Authority under No. 39382.,

Being a pure Libyan entity in terms of ownership, activities supervision, and basic sites of the end-users, as such circumstances there’s no doubt about having the sense of our homeland responsibilities. The sense of national responsibility is important and occupies the highest priority through hard work and concern for the interest of our customers in Libya and cooperation with them with the capabilities and means available to contribute to the development of the oil sector.

Gas And Oilfield
We provide our services, particularly to the gas and oilfield companies  operating in Libya, where our Company is registered as a procurement  supplier. In this sense, by receiving invitations for participation in the  respective tenders, we make sure that our quotation offers are  submitted with the most favorable prices and best delivery terms.  However, our supplies services are related to all the products and  materials are shown in the pictures below, and still, more items can be  provided, but due to lack of room, unable to mention them all in this  context.

Our Sister Company in Dubai

Penta Star General Trading LLC ( Penta Star ), was established in 2013, in Dubai – UAE, and since the earliest beginnings of our procurement supplies business in Libya, Brent Libya has been relying on the support of our sister company for being a successful entity in extending quality services to our end-users, and still up to now Penta Star is adding a lot of value to our business concerning our overall performance as regards executing the purchase orders awarded to us by the Libyan companies. Such values are mainly in connection with handling our procurement tasks by obtaining the best terms possible from the right suppliers domiciled in the Gulf Region.

Besides these facts, Penta Star is representing Brent Libya abroad by handling the inspection processes, packaging, logistical arrangements, and facilitating the shipment to Libya as expeditiously as possible, and arranging all procedures with the cargo agents including taking out the insurance on the goods as may be necessary.
